This store appeared to be pretty clean and well organized. Not messy or anything really negative to say. Employees (example: Lorenzo) were very friendly and helpful. Well stocked on their in store items. Would return to this location and would recommend.

Same great store you'd always expect. Great customer service and they are taking safety very seriously as well.

This is my first time in Washington and I live in Guam. We don’t have HotTopic on Guam. So, I was really excited to see one in person. There was this one worker who really made my day considering that this is my first time stepping in the store. He was so happy to see how much of a fan I was to Demon Slayer. They have so many things for different fans for anime, to music, etc. The service is A+++ and I can’t wait to come back.

I will drive out of my way just to go to the Auburn location. The staff is always friendly and pleasant to talk to, they know their products, and will help customers out with anything they need. I love going to this location.
