Very helpful representative at the front counter helped me set up my account. Which led me to buying more cute items. I stopped shopping at H&M for awhile this was my first to back in 2 years. I was glad to see some diversity in staff, models and advertisement. Hopefully, next up community engagement work with local businesses.

They treat u horrible if u have a medical reason of why u can't wear a mask! Literally everyone treats really horrible. I had some items that I lost at the store and came back for it a couple days latter they threw the item at me like what a great customer service! They yell at u from the other side of the store for u to wear a mask, they dont care about ur health they wouldn't not be treating u like that. Like take into consideration that some ppl can't wear one and except it, ur protected ur wearing a mask im not protecting myself cuz I can't wear one but that does not give u a reason to treat others that way .

Daughter found clothes and for me that is great because we can go hours and not find anything.
