Ann Taylor? Really? I don't recall doing any shopping there! Now TORRID I recall! I LOVE Torrid!

If I could I would give them 0 stars. Ordered items for Christmas that never came. Never heard from them, tracked down that my order was damaged in transit. They said when the order came back I would still have to wait a week or 2 to get my refund! It has been a month and still no word. Worst customer service. They actually told me I could order the items again and get free shipping. Seriously!?! How bout you overnight my order that I was supposed to get by Christmas.

Absolutely love the clothing, maybe a bit over priced but it didn't stop me from spending around $150 each time I went in. Beware the store credit card! About a month or two ago I called in to pay off the balance. It included a late fee. No problem, that was my fault. I paid the whole balance. Then I got a late fee in the mail. I thought maybe it was in the mail before my payment was made. Now I have another late fee on top of that. I'm irritated. I call in, pay off the two fees even though it was their fault and ask to cancel. They hang up. I call back and ask to cancel and explain why. They ask if I would keep the card if they waived the fee. I tell them they should waive it anyway but would still cancel. They say that the card is now cancelled, of course without refunding the fee.

Very expensive and they don't have a very good selection of clothing.
