I was trying to order a bag on line and after several failed attemps i called the Outlet Collection in Auburn and spoke to Janice who went above and beyond to help me get the bag i wanted and get it shipped out to me. Thank you Janice for your excellent customer service, positive and upbeat attitude.

The lady at the cashier named Su was very helpful and apologetic. I ordered online the Jordyn Backpack with Signature Canvas and was not pleased when I received it. It was deformed and it looks very old. I went directly to the Outlet in Auburn and asked for a replacement. Su was the one who helped me. One of the best customer service I have ever experienced!
