HORRIBLE management in this store. I overheard the manager speaking to one of the employees who was clearly very young, and was criticizing her sweeping technique. Instead of maturely showing her the correct way to do it, she yelled at her until she cried. The worst part is she continued to make her check up on customers even though she was clearly in distress. If this is how this company treats their young impressionable and STILL LEARNING employees, I want NOTHING to do with it. The manager Kelly needs to learn how to deal with her own emotional immaturity instead of projecting it onto her employees and giving the store an overall disgustingly fake positive atmosphere. Go see a counselor for the sake of your poor employees.
