Pizza Hut

This is worse Pizza Hut I have ever had to deal with. If I could of give 0 star I would of. I placed an order online and notice my phone number was entered incorrectly so I changed it after placing the order I received an email that my order is being prepare and will be delivered at 8:40pm, I also received a text message at the changed number to tract my order. I waited over 2 hours and no delivery. I decided to call to check on my order and was told it was canceled because I am a new customer and they couldn’t get a whole of me despite me receiving an email plus a text message of my order. When I brought this to the person attention she said she don’t know what to tell me. I was so disappointed mostly because I order pasta for my 16 month old, he likes pasta. She said to reorder but it will be ready in about 90 minutes. I decided not to do so because that mean it will be ready around 10:00pm. I called back to speak to a manager to see if it could be ready sooner since I have been waiting for over 2 hours. Emily answered the phone and when I asked for the manager she said ok and hang-up the phone. I thought it was an accident so I called back and a man answered the phone I told him I needed a manager and why I was calling he said he is trying to get her attention but she is ignoring him because they’re busy so I ended the call and had my husband went out and pick up something else for dinner. I will never order from this place again. I see why their ratings is horrible. Very poor customer service.

Placed a delivery order a couple months back which took 3 hours to get delivered. They said they gave me a credit for the order and just to call in the next time I wanted to place an order. I called and they said they have no record on me having any credit with them. Called the other nearby stores and they all confirmed they do not deliver to my area just this one.

TERRIBLE service. We chose curbside because it was going to take over an hour to have it delivered a mile down the road. We got here ten minutes after our assigned time, waited on hold for over 15 minutes before my husband decided to go inside knowing it should be ready to go. Once inside no one greeted hum and he could hear the phones continuously ringing! Even going inside took another 10+ Minutes before someone would acknowledge him. Why allow curbside if you’re never going to answer your phone for the customer?! One of the workers even told another coworker to answer the phone. After 20 minutes, I was HUNG UP ON. Just terrible service. Doesn’t even meet basic customer service needs/ expectations.

I ordered contactless curbside delivery 3/19/21. There are zero signs outside to show people where to park fir this service. I arrived and used the “im here” feature on my Pizza Hut app. The app directed me to then call the store. I called, a lady answered and said they would be right out. Fast forward 20 minutes later. Still no pizza. Finally I went inside, it took them approximately 2 minutes to say anything to me (hello, we will be right with you...) then they said we don’t have any curbside orders.... they found my pizza in the hot box and said someone who had just got off shift must’ve forgot to bring it out to me. If they aren’t staffed for contactless curbside, then the option should be taken off the app. Of course my pizza was NOT hot and fresh by the time I got home.

Food was hot and ready when expected, despite them being very busy when I went to pick up. Wings were perfect, pizza was what you'd expect from pizza hut so good, not great.
