When thou the drive thru and was surprisingly quicker for the time of day it was hot food court orders where to go McDonald’s
Very clean, all done quickly, service with a smile. Food was fresh and tasty, thanks.
First time using mobile order. What was supposed to be a 15min trip turned into 40min. They rebooted the system and instead of telling me how to transfer my order to another location or something, each associate just shrugged it off like nothing and repeated the same thing, pretty much park and wait.nnThere's several different ways to coordinate, whether it's flagging mobile orders, filling orders prior to pickup, marking pick up times or just training their associates to communicate more efficiently. But of course what could you expect from a fast food joint, big ol waste of time.
