Raquel ruined the experience of my 18 year old Daughter opening her Checking/Savings account. Very rude, cocky and unpleasant experience. Brought my change back that I gave to open the accounts. It was the worst $10 bill and wouldn't go in the ATM. She told me to stand in the line to exchange it. I just went to the car. My Daughter was disappointed as well as I was. Not to mention Raquel didn't respond to an email sent to her on Friday....anyway hopefully we won't need her service again.

What a bad experience. They made me Drive out to a client's house to change something on a check so they could cash it and then when I got back the lady did not want to cash it. You could tell Isamar didn't care about the trouble I went through. She actually looked kind of happy i was mad. I've been with Chase for years, but that girl's attitude makes me want to close my account and go to one the new online accounts which offer better benefits. Especially if service is going to suck anyways.

Two hours wasted of my time when their atm ate my deposit. When walking into the branch they said its not their problem, to call the number. Needless to say two hours later, 2hours of work missed and 2 hours of car gas wasted the customer service line didn't care that my time was inconvenienced as well. Moving all my money out!

My Mom came in inquiring about an account of a recently deceased relative of ours, that my Mom is beneficiary on. The lady had a terrible attitude. Almost as if she didn't believe my Mom was beneficiary and didn't want to give her any information. Luckily the Altamonte branch has nicer staff and told her all the steps to follow to be able to close out my aunts account. We will go there from now on to get all this done. It's bad enough that we've had a death in the family, we shouldn't have to deal with condescending tellers. Terrible customer service.
