I called earlier in the week to schedule an appointment for my son. We showed up to the appointment on time and it turns out they have no record of an appointment for him. That isn't such a huge deal as things can get mixed up in communication or maybe the information wasn't put into the system. The young lady who helped us chose to take us even though she said she didn't see an appointment put into the system. I showed a picture of the cut I wanted for my son. The fastest cut he's ever had--shall I say the most rushed. I wasn't satisfied with the way the cut looked. He had loose hair hanging off his head when we walked out. He wasn't cleaned up at all. The level of attention/ detail I'm used to experiencing I didn't get here. The young lady, although seemingly apologetic, was not friendly. It didn't seem to be a friendly/welcoming environment, will not return.

My husband went to get his haircut & the first time the men were decent people & give really nice fades so props to them. But when he went again (only his second time going there) the woman was rude and didn’t even look up from her computer to speak to him as he asked to make an appointment, she just told him to go to another barber shop because they were “busy” but it wasn’t. She was very blunt, wasn’t customer friendly and they’ve lost us as customers due to the woman’s rude attitude and lack of common courtesy. It’s too bad because they give good haircuts, but the customer service and how they treat people is what makes us never want to go back, we’d rather go to a lower quality barber shop with excellent customer service than to go back to this place.

Walked in today for a last minute kids cut. Atmosphere was exactly what you would hope to expect for todays barbershop. Well decorated, friendly employees with a modern blend feel.nnWe could not be happier with what Jordan did! My son’s hair can be a bit of a challenge thanks to cowlick spots but Jordan was able to trim it all up without any hesitation! We have spent many times going to places only to have to fix it at home later on, this was not the case today. The fade was perfection! The blend went right up into his long messy mop on top and the cowlicks seem to be falling well with the new cut.nnDefinitely will be returning, worth every penny! Would recommend to anyone looking for a good cut the first time! We walked in with a mess and out with a clean cool look.

Worst haircut of my life. Barber didn’t try to talk. Rushed me when I was explaining what I wanted. I wanted a mid fade. Ended up getting the most high and tight haircut I’ve ever seen. It almost looked like a Mohawk. Worst $30 spent:/ had to shave head

I've been coming out here for almost 2 years and always receive the best haircuts. It's routine for me to come every two weeks and not a single time have I been disappointed. Good atmosphere, music, and good cuts. Really good with kids too from what I seen. Definitely recommend.
