We love the seven mile bridge! I drive over it as often as I can. Not only do you get to see Fred the tree, but the water color is out of this world! And it will change, depending on where the sun is. Like I said... just breathe taking! And there's no where else I'd rather be than in the keys!

Walked the pretty park trail next to the highway as you approach the bridge. A few fishing from the edge. There is a couple of covered pavilions with picnic tables. There was construction on the bridge so not able to access pass the stairs at the top to get on bridge. Paved trail so nice walking, jogging path with Mangrove trees lining the water's edge.

I never stopped here but I passed it multiple times and it was always nice to see! It's old, looks a bit rickety from a distance while you drive along here but it's just plain neat to look at! You never really think a road could be a state spot to visit or look at it but when you see a literal cut off bridge? It's quite something to look at!
