We have just completed our first month with Rosa, our piano teacher :) We are having a great time!nI have always wanted to learn to play the piano, and now that my two little ones are showing an interest... we decided it was a good time to start.nRosa has a great touch with the little ones, she keeps them engaged, encourages them as they learn new skills, and knows how to keep then focused and excited about their lessons. As for myself, Rosa has also figured me out pretty fast lol ... she understands what I am looking for as an adult student, and is doing a wonderful job guiding me, in addition to keeping it fun and exciting! I must add that having the lessons in our home is such a wonderful convenience. We already have a full week of after school extracurriculars... it’s nice to have one day during the week in which I can drive straight home lol and am also able to take lessons ... if this were at a music school, I wouldn’t be able to do my lessons without worrying about my little ones :)
Carolyn Smith is amazing! She is so patient and intuitive with children and has a very kind and pleasant disposition. My kids really enjoy learning piano with her; she teaches in a way they can understand, have fun, and excel. Its also a wonderful convenience having the lessons in my own home each week.
