Food is consistently very dry and hardly any sauce whether chicken or cheeseburger. Breakfast burritos are very small in comparison to other McDonald's. I try to go to a different McDonald's if possible. The Employees are always courteous.
I will tell you what you can count on at this McDonald's.nnFood is always cold and dry. Many times buns taste stale.nFood tastes like it has been sitting in the warmer for hours.nDon't bother ordering a Filet O Fish and expecting your bun steamed, it never is. I mean, never.nDirections are never followed. For example, no pickles, extra lettuce, add sauce, etc.nSauce is never in the bag.nnThis is by far the worst McDonald's around. I would rather drive down the hill on A street. If I was the owner or manager of this location, I would be embarrassed at the lack of care.

This restaurant has easily the worst customer service I have ever seen at any fast food restaurant. They are incredibly slow and almost NEVER have your food ready. They have also gotten orders wrong atleast 50% of the time. Avoid this McDonald's at all costs if possible - I have no idea who management is but they have 0 idea how to properly run a business
