Since when does a COFFEE shop charge you for sugar?! Why the hell would I pay $3+ for coffee that I must provide my own sugar for?! I’m very curious to know when Starbucks made this standard practice to charge their customers for sugar on top of their already overpriced coffee?
Good customer service and coffee ☕
I placed a mobile order at 11am and waited 20 mins. I order 2 tall white choc mocha, a grande cookie crumble and a venti mango dragonfruit. The white mochas were sitting for at least 10 mins before they made any other drink. When I approached the supervisor on duty and I explained my frustration, she replied and said, “I don’t know what’s going on but all of our mobile orders are taking long, your order is half way done”. We sat there for another 5 mins for our order to be complete. This is my last time ordering from this Starbucks. I rather just order at the Starbucks inside of Haggen, they have better customer service.
