Ricky is great/ always gives my son the best haircuts. I think this store is now closed- anyone knows where Ricky went?
I was there a couple of months back with Yvnose she's very good and friendly. Fast forward to Feb 12, 2020 my appointment was with Holly. She gave me good info on hairstyles etc. Again very good in attention to details. Its very hard to find someone who can cut your hair to meet your style. Trust me I had nightmares come true unfortunately.
My grandmother needed a perm so we made an appointment here. It was horrible. It took 3 1/2 hours while it normally only takes max 2 hours. While the hairdresser was putting in the curls, she was pulling the hair so tightly it hurt, which my grandmother told the hairdresser but she just kept going. Also the blow dry was very bad. It was extremely hot and my grandmothers back was completely soaked. Very unprofessional.nnEven worse, we asked for the price beforehand, and usually with a perm, they need to cut the ends after because of the damage to the hair. We were told this was included but of course after when we were paying, this wasn't the case and we had to pay an additional fee.nI do not recommend getting your hair done here, unless you want an extremely lengthy, painful experience for a perm. Never again. What a horrible experience this was.
I went in for the 2nd time to do full head highlight and hair cut, had the appointment with the manager Aurola. They were extremely busy in the Sat. afternoon, she was juggling in between diff. customers and employees that I was constantly worry about being forgotten. The color came out a bit off but Aurola fixed it until to my liking. There are a few other hair dressers that have been there quite some time could be as good as her, I highly recommend this place. Best to go when they're less busy so you get the full attention that you're looking for.
Called for consultation but SHE'S WITH A CUSTOMER...so why answer the phone if you cant speak to me? Why would I want to go IN PERSON for a consultation if the rushed treatment on the PHONE was not nice? Please remember that your CUSTOMERS are both in person and on the phone.
