Hope this helps.nnJust visited this CVS and felt compelled to leave this review. I went to CVS with the intention to use $10 wellness gift card I had in my accounts. When I go to pay ( after waiting in line for almost 10 min) the gentlemen tell me in order to use it I need to receipt with the barcode. He proceed to bring in his colleague. She says that the only way to use this coupon is the receipt with you and there was nothing she could do. I tried to explain to her that it was already loaded into my account but she kept saying that there was nothing she can do.nnI proceed to leave, go to the CVS that’s 5 minutes away on 88th and 126th. I asked the lady for some help and she replied by saying that I needed the paper but to let her see what she can do. 2 minutes later she loaded the $10 gift card into my purchase and I was good to go.nnReally wish they have they took the initiative to at least try to help, be creative about it and not be so robotic about it.nnThey completely wasted my time.

Had a transfer of script to the pharmacy had it ready went I got there. Had a waiting line for the pharmacy but it moved pretty smoothly.

This is the WORST costumer service, especially the pharmacy! 2hrs on hold and they don't even bother to pick up. There is always a mix up or a delay with the rx. Totally incompetent and rude!!!!

The waiting time in line to pick up medications is insane!!!! People can easily get contaminated with COVID while waiting! Don’t even try to call by phone; they put you on hold for at least 40 minutes! If you don’t have the personnel to help sick customers it’s just better and healthier for the community to close the pharmacy!

Worst pharmacy in town. It doesn’t matter how many people are in line when you get there, it somehow always takes at least 45 minutes. Beyond that, good luck getting a call to the pharmacy answered in less than 20 minutes. It really doesn’t matter what time you call. I’ve tried calling at all hours of the day and night to avoid the issue. Same results regardless. I’ve currently been on hold with the pharmacy for 53 minutes. Seriously, avoid this location at all costs.
