Best time to stop by is in the morning. My group of 7 got in line at 8:54am. The first person got served at 9:15. There was only one employee serving. She would alternate from window to window to keep the line moving. FYI conchas arrive between 9:30am-10am because they are freshly made. We didnt mind waiting. The staff accommodated our group with such kindness. DEFINITELY STOP BY.

I heard about this place on Tiktok and had to give them a try. I was in line for 3 hours. When I pulled up I noticed the side door was open and saw there were about 4 people inside. Several cars drove off because of the long line and hours of waiting. It shouldn't take that long to mix drinks and make quick snacks, but overall the costumer service was great and I can't complain about the food. It was delicious but not worth the wait. This place has potential but they'll keep losing costumers if they don't work fast enough. I give this place a 2 star mainly because of great costumer service and delicious snacks.

This place has the best customer service. We showed up 45 minutes before they were closing at 6 and it took us 2 hours to order but they were just as nice as ever when we got to the window. At the end of the day my opinion is the 2 hour wait is worth it. Even went back for seconds the next day. Definitely give them a try you won’t regret it !

When we got to the location, there was a little bit of a line and we went through fairly quick! The barista was very professional, welcoming and nice. She answered all my questions about the different snacks and drinks. It was all amazing! Definitely will go there again!

Long wait (like 45 mins) but well worth it! As a first timer I got the concha rellenas and dulce le leche frappe. Everything was amazing and they were so friendly! Can't wait to come back.
