I love this Starbucks location!! I have come to this store off and on for multiple years! I have never had a negative or even semi-negative experience while visiting! (which is rare) The employees there are so nice, welcoming and super accommodating every time! It's amazing how every time, no matter HOW LONG in between visits, they always remember me! Christina has been the perfect example of a customer service professional! She always remembers me! After all these years, she's just as great as she's always been! ud83dude42 She is always friendly, at the same time making sure to make a great cup of coffee! Keisha knew who I was after so so long of not coming in! She also is very friendly and makes the best cup of joe ever!!! It means so much to me that they never forget me or my drink! I will go to this location as long as I live in the area! Thank you to all the employees at this location! You're all awesome!

Decided to try this one since I keep having issues with the one on Auburn Way and I'm not sure if the people here are illiterate but they completely messed up my order. I'm pretty sure they used regular milk instead of almond because I have the worst stomach ache and they used a bunch of mocha sauce instead of carmel like I had asked but now I know I will not be coming to this location again. Avoid the hassle and go somewhere else. The one by the outlet collection is probably the best one in Auburn.

Very rude snobby baristas work here they messed up my drink I only drink white mochas they gave me a mocha Had hair in my mocha the Starbucks in the store across the street does way better then themnThey are always messing up my drink won’t be back don’t recommend this location the girls across the street at the grocery store do way better very snobby girls work here

Different Starbucks made my drink wrong, they fixed it. Made drink perfectly with great service.

I went through the drive through where I ordered a toasted white chocolate mocha. The lady at the drive through window was so friendly and helpful. She offered me information about things I knew nothing of regarding what I could get regarding my order. I was very impressed with the level of service.
