They told me that I had a bad hard drive, that they would order it and receive it next day. Next day came and I was told that the drive would be in at the end if the week. I called three times on the Friday and then they told me that it was an issue with the motherboard and that I would need to get a new laptop. I lost a week waiting and then went to pick up my laptop. The problem was with the hibernation settings, once these were properly restored I had the laptop wiped clean and it works better than before. I think that they did a poor job on the diagnostics and just did not spend the time needed to do the job properly. It's a pity since they did a good job the first time I went there..probably changed techs.

If I could give them more stars I would. Natalia and the crew were amazing. They were all super courteous, knowledgeable and highly hospitable. I came for a diagnosis of my gaming PC since I could not pin point what exactly what was going on with it and it was definitely a mission and they went well beyond the call to help me figure it out.nnThey try their best to not only fix something for you or figure it out but they also think what are the best options for the customer. I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs some form or repair or tech help.

Hello guysnIf you are looking for professionals technicians to repair your computer/phone/tablets/laptops here is the place you should go. I known Aldo and Natalia for a long time and they are really the people you should trust with any of these devices. They are thrush worthy and their IT staff is awesome. Is a place where yours expectations will sky rocket. They are very professionals and they will tell you what the real problem , there is no scam. Their prices are really good and they tried to help you all the time and not to try to waste your money like other places.
