Not really even a star. But can't rate without selecting at least one. Poor service over all! I had a bad moment but kept my cool.nLittle o no knowledge about renting a u haul truck and contract. The agent didn't even know what information to enter into the system or contact. Don't even think about bring it back a hair under the required fuel load. They will charge you at least $16.95 for a gallon of gas. Safe yourself a bad experience and don't rent from them. Not worth thinking your going to save yourself any money.

Very good service and a pleasant treatment .. it is my first experience in this place and I can assure you that it will not be the last, in fact it will be the workshop where from now on I will take my car .. satisfying the customer and human quality was the impression that takes me from this place ..
