Absolutely love this bank! The coral gables branch staff is amazing & very kind. Mariela knows exactly who I am even through a phone call. My ENTIRE family is now banking here because of how much we love how personable they all are. I highly recommend!
The customer service in this branch is wonderful. The Kendal branch is closest to my home but because of the employees and service I receive at the Coral Way location I prefer the extra time driving. They are wonderful. My account rep is Mariela and Javier they are fantastic.
