The excellent customer service, especially from Lizy Morales, who helped me beyond the normal. in the time i needed the most . All the bank employees are very nice and helpful. I stop there at least once a week for deposits . All clean , fast and easy parking .

Went in to apply for the chase slate card for a balance transfer and Yadiel had seen what we were trying to do. He saw the balance and that it was with chase and didn’t mention that chase cannot transfer balances between credit cards. Failed to mention that and now theres a hard inquiry on my credit and I’m carrying a useless card. Absolutely horrific
