When this branch is open the staff is friendly, however Saturday hours are a moving target. I have gone more than 3 different times to find it closed. Very very annoying
Very friendly atmosphere, tellers are super friendly.
Worst bank ever
Horrible experience every single time one must go inside to do a transaction. Always line of people, 2 or 3 tellers top working taking their sweet time. The security and managers are rude. There is no parking outside most of the time. Save the trip and use the atm or go elsewhere
Long waits (30-40 minutes) at counter are commonplace, especially during lunch hours. Manager and supervisors are aware but do nothing.
