They don’t work on weekends but still make wrongful authorization to tow vehicles. I called on a Monday at approximately 11 a.m; The manager or as he called himself, gave me a brief explanation for my vehicle being authorized for towing and kept referring to the regulations that were against the associations guidelines. After I tried asking him, that I would get regulations to provide proof of wrongful towing, he proceeded to hang up. Very unprofessional company that don’t focus on client’s feedback.
