I have never gone out of my way to leave a review but unfortunately Spartan meal preps pretty much forced me too. I tried this meal plan for a week because it had such good ratings. I placed an order for 18 meals and they only delivered 15 meals. They also delivered the wrong meals as I customized my order and they didn’t bring me what I wanted. I emailed customer support to try and get the rest of the meals and to see if they can deliver the correct ones and all they said was for the following week to place the order for 15 and to write it in the delivery notes that they owe me 3 meals. They didn’t apologize for the inconvenience they didn’t offer free delivery they just assumed I would want to order more meals when really I wasn’t planning on it because I was not impressed with the food. When I emailed them saying I wasn’t going to order the meals again and would like to receive my money back for the missing 3 meals. I got no response. Wouldn’t recommend this meal plan to anybody.

I placed an order on Saturday 2/27 and never received any update about the order being fulfilled or shipped. I sent 2 emails and got no response to either one. I then used the chat feature on their website and again received no response until I messaged that I would chargeback my credit card then magically I got a response right away saying they could refund my order or fulfill it next week. Customer service is atrocious and the level of incompetence is staggering. I’ve ordered meal prep from megafit meals for 3 years and never had any problems with orders or getting in contact with them. I decided to try this company because I as a Florida resident I wanted to support a Florida business but their lack of communication made it impossible. I highly recommend ordering from megafit or another company and avoiding this trainwreck of a company.

Tried their food for the first time last week and im glad I did! Everything was super fresh and delicious. I highly recommend to give them a try
