The thing with Shapelovers is they have overall their way of doing things. I give them 5 stars because the girls I have spoken to are really nice, I think with anyone, if you speak gently with them, you will get that in return. They are patient even with very complicated buildings for delivery and I LOVE that I can order ONLY what I want. I substitute with my own meals. I LOVEEEEEE their soups! and mashes! Great if you are trying to loose weight!!!!!! I wish they would do breakfast!!!!!!

I'm glad I just read these reviews. This was exactly my experience my first week as the latest reviews have it. They can't do simple math nor get deliveries done correctly. It's a shame because the food is good. The owner must not care. Thank goodness for reviews, I won't be ordering and will have to find a more professional service.

Horrible customer service. If you get what you order, the food is good. But good luck getting what you ordered. Also, when they mess up your food, they don't want to correct or assist with the mistake they made. For example, I ordered a just a dessert on Thursday because we were getting food from my work that day and I didn't like any of the options for that day. They delivered a meal on Thursday, which I didn't order (or want or like) and I told them. Then they didn't even deliver the meal that I ordered for Friday and tried to tell me that I had paid for 4 meals that week and they had delivered 4 meals. So basically, eat what ever they feel like feeding you regardless of your likes or allergies. It took over 30 minutes to try to get a refund...and I still haven't seen the refund they said they would give me. This was the second time they have done this to me in the less than 7 weeks I have ordered from them. So....if you don't mind not getting what you order, go ahead and get their food. But don't ever complain or expect to get what you ordered.

Bad customer service!!!! Since the moment I placed my order it was a bad experience. Same day someone calls me asking me a few questions not very sure what she was doing. She confirmed my address and still managed to put the wrong Ste #. I asked her about my confirmation email still till this day never received one. Since I didn’t see the charge go thru I asked and confirmed I was getting the promotion discount. She told me once she processes this order I would receive the confirmation email and my account would be charged. Well the following day still no confirmation email and I was charged regular rate. I called and they told me it would be corrected. Finally I had a call back to tell me the promo was not working so I was charged regular price and still no email; mind you ad still promoting falsely. Nothing was resolved other than I’m never ordering from them and this bad review.
