Bad bad bad costumer service, the food was ok but not too much impressive, I’m from Washington D.C come to Doral on my Labor Day vacation, the owner need read this, then coach the staff specially cashiers

Pepito(like Philly cheesesteak) sandwich was perfection staff was rude though. December 26th night shift were rude, they had kind of bitter-grumpy attitude.

The food is tasty but the customer service is terrible. The cashier is very rude! I called in an order and she was speaking really fast and I couldn't understand what she had said. When I asked her to repeat herself she rudely slowed down and spoke so slow but with an attitude. Not sure I'd be willing to return after that kind of service.

Try giving tips in cash, if you put the tip with the credit card they won’t give those tips to the server. SAD!

The food is really good but the worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. The usual cashiers are not overly friendly, yet none have displayed the level of rudeness the new young lady working had, to the extent of throwing my change, rolling her eyes, and being extremely cynical.
