STAY AWAY!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!nThis nail is the worst salon I have ever been too. They treat their customers as if they are not here to provide us a service. My experience with this salon goes as following. My appointment was rescheduled 3 times due to the tech being ill; fine, I am 100 percent okay with that. I reschedule with another nail tech called Chad (who is the owner of the nail salon) for 2:30pm. I will say I was 10 minutes late which I called and informed the front desk representative which stated it wasn't a problem and that Chad is waiting. Once, I noticed that Chad was just working on another client and I would have to wait at least 30 minutes for him. At no point did Chad address me as his client to say anything. Instead, he continued to speak to his other employees, and they all started to laugh. I don't know what was funny but clearly something was, and I wasn't going to stay to find out! Good customer service is key in keeping customers.nnPlease stay away from this salon!

I got Dip Powder Nails last week Friday, February 26th and today 1 week and 1 day later one of my nails fell off and the other nails are rising up and looking like they will be falling off too.nnI called the salon to get this issue solved and the manager wanted to charge me full price for my set to get re-done . It’s really unfair for a customer who paid full price and who’s always tip their employees very well. As well as, recommend people to go to their salon has to be treated this way.nnThis is very unfortunate, and I am not planning to do a 30 minute drive to fix one nail when the rest look like they are falling off soon and they want to charge me full price.nnNow I understand why people warned me not to go here, but I never been treated this way and thought I should give them a chance. Anyways, this was enough for me not to come here anymore , I will no longer be recommend anyone else.

Unfortunately no one knows about customer service, I made an appointment and had to wait more than an hour and after that the person who was attending me just got up and left to attend another client. And told me after waiting 10 minutes that I have to wait another 20 minutes. Don’t ever book with MARY so unprofessional. And think twice before going to Tipsy you will regret it.

I came to the city for a quick one day trip and wanted to get my nails done. After searching and calling for an available slot for me and my sister we landed on what we thought was this beautiful, high ranking salon.nnAnyways, we arrive the salon is beautiful, neat, welcoming and the bar was an added nice touch...I was happy.nnAn Asian gentleman started my pedicure and a Latina pregnant woman started my sisters. We ended up having to swap people because the lady could not do dip and tip.nnThe Latina lady did my gel manicure. Lets say I was so happy when I left. Although I should have realized when she took about her supplies and only squirted some alcohol on it. Anyways I left the salon around 4 by the time 8 hit my nail polish was peeling. By the time I left the city several nails were peeling. And now 6 days later its a hot mess.nnI emailed the salon on FB and never heard back. My experience that I hope would have been the greatest was the worst and costly.
