THIS WAS MY BIGGEST NIGHTMARE. They were completely rushed and I payed extra for a HAIR TREATMENT that would supposedly help my hair. After dying my hair she RIPPED FORCEFULLY and broke all of my hair off with a brush. THE BRUSH WAS COMPLETELY FULL OF HAIR AFTER ONE SWEEP THROUGH MY HAIR. AND SHE KEPT YANKING THE BRUSH THROUGH MY HAIR. After noticing half my hair was coming off she INSISTED on continuing to brush my hair. I JUMPED OFF THE CHAIR IN SHOCK. The color they even gave me was super patchy and full of yellow when I told them no yellow at all. I have blonde and and some orange spots on the top of my hairud83eudd2eud83eudd2e. Do not go. They have no empathy. I’m in shock with 4 strands of the color I wanted. I wouldn’t recommend for hair dye.nnMy mom has been coming to this place for years and I should have listened to my intuition on this after seeing that she has hair breakage and basically no hair.nnThe ONLY person you can trust is the eyebrow lady.
