Clean, well taken care of, well manicured, plenty of fun activities such as swimming, full gym, tennis, basketball, soccer, parallel bars, jogging and walking. Beautiful scenery.

When we 1st moved here 17 yrs ago the neighborhood was much better. Now they have ruined the majority of the facilities with beurecratic barriers. No longer can one just go play basketball, tennis, soccer, or go to the gym without being harassed by one of the employees. They already gained entry into the neighborhood, what is the problem? Is the security lacking and unable to properly screen entrants? More likely than not given the rise in car thefts within the complex as well. I advise you step up security and tone down the beurecratic bs annoying your residents. Get it together. I also advise residents of the complex to look into the embezzlement scandal the board had not long ago and ask what are they doing with my HOA fees, especially after the cutbacks on cable

This is a good neighborhood overall. Although, they can definitely add some stuff to the pool area to make it more entretaining and better. For example, in the back pool, where there is a little island with plants and ducks, they could take that out and add a bar in the pool and some music to make it even better. This would attract a lot of people and it would actually be fire. They could also add 18+ event like fridays for people that wanna go for a night swim and have a good time. Just some ideas.
