They offer a variety of yoga classes that have all been amazing. The class I am particularly excited about is HIIT yoga with Anastasia. It's challenging but you feel amazing afterward.

This yoga studio is amazing! I’ve known it for many years now, David and all the instructors are great and have a great community. Today I took the prenatal yoga class with Carlos and absolutely LOVED IT! The class focuses on being more aware of your body during pregnancy, gently stretching the muscles you will need for birth and finding peace of mind in a time where everything can feel overwhelming because of all the changes (physical and emotional) motherhood brings. Thank you once again Carlos!
