Unprofessional and rude! They may be very knowledgeable and may do good work but until this company changes their customer service especially the woman Mary who deals with all customers, they will not continueto be successful. I was cursed at and hung up on due to miscommunication on her technicians end. She did call to apologize and admit she was out of line. Regardless that's not how you handle guest services especially when the other party is being so nice.

Needed 10 Smart Switches installed in my house (TP-Link HS200 in case you are wondering). Michael, one of their electricians, came over and did everything we needed in order to get these installed And this wasn't just take the faceplate off. Most cases the switches did not have a neutral so Mike had to run it to the switch. Bottom line is he did whatever it took to get the job done.nAlso threw him a few added tasks like fixing a bad GFI and he just chugged along.nWill use them for future electrical work at my house.
