Flawless work is hard to find.nQuick and efficient customer service is hard to find.nA BUSINESS that makes you feel like FAMILY is hard to find.nEarlier this month I was involved in an accident. Their team handled everything from the initial tow truck from the storage yard to the swap of custom carbon fiber parts onto another vehicle. HUGE thank you to Roman from the body shop. I had to chance to see him work on my cars and a blue Ferrari. A true perfectionist. Im happy I found a shop ill be going to for life.
Great work and transparent pricing at Doral Collision Center!nnDCC quoted a price that was extremely competitive to fix collision damage on my vehicle. Convenient drop off over weekend.nnRepairs took a bit longer than expected. Communication around timeline could've been a bit more consistent.nnUltimately, car was repaired at the agreed upon price and to an extremely high quality standard. I'm pretty sure they also provided a complimentary interior/exterior detail.nnFive Stars, would return. Just don't be in a rush!

They will ignore you since it seems they are super busy. Life and time will teach them .....
Arrived at 4:45pm for an estimate. Turndown because it was to late, even though the close at 6pm. There’s no invitation to come back or the typical let me have your number so we can call you back... blah blah.nnI guess business is booming so they have the luxury to reject customers.
