I never had any complaints before from any Starbucks, until today. Aside from taking very long with my order, instead of apologizing the guy just tells me “you’re going to have to wait because there’s only one machine” And I asked for a Matcha with extra shot (total 4 small scoops) and I saw them out 6, doesn’t taste good at all. But I’m late for work already and can’t ask them to make another one and wait another long while. I guess there’s always a first time.

Gourmet coffee at his best very busy store Very Fresh Products very knowledgeable employees quick and efficient speed you in speed you out no troubles ever here and a heart of Doral it's a quick and fast snack or coffee Depot and you can enjoy indoor or outdoor and the driveway is more than speedy and efficient and accurate with your order and a quick smile enjoyed my experience very much

TLDR: Great customer service! Long line, but 100% accuracy with orders.nnThis is one of my favorite Starbucks. Even though the line can be long sometimes, sometimes delaying me an extra 15 min., the drive-thru staff is always excellent. They're friendly, answer all your questions, take time to check inventory and will tell you whether they're out of an item, and are very professional. Most importantly, my order 100% of the time is just as I requested. I purposely drive past another Starbucks location on my way to work and go out of my way for this one because it is just so convenient, and I can depend on them to satisfy my breakfast needs.

Good, nothing special. Nothing different with others Starbucks, coffee overpriced as always and large waitting time.
