I'm going to give all a little advise, you can thank me later... Always, always, always order the french fries without salt... what they will do it's that they are going to give you super fresh fries... believe me you won't regret it and you will love this tip forever and ever!nnThis fast food restaurant is ok for a quick bite or to eat something on the way...
The food is good, but the customer service is non-existent. Most of the drive thru employees don’t know how to communicate. They all lack communication skills. Tbh, they need adequate training. I’d be happy to go in there and teach them proper business etiquette.
Quick drive thru. Food always fresh, hot, and complete orders. Courteous staff and managers.
Absolutely worst customer service ever (especially the older ladies in the front), nobody speak English, no one will greet you, when you walk in for a pick up, they totally ignore you even after you “excused me” 3 times. The owner of this McDonald’s location needs to step up their game and hire some legit people. I’d rather drive further just to avoid this type of services. Oh forgot to mention, during the CoVid time you would think they are trained to be careful, wearing mask, etc. this lady consistently touches her mask with her bare hands and touch her nose and then handles the food. Ugh. It’s just disgusting.
Unbelievable, they didn't allow me to use the restrooms!!!! What's wrong with you guys? The City of Doral should fine this place. I crossed the street and went to a BURGER KING to have a delicious burguer and use the restrooms you denied me
