Apparently the employees here cannot read. I’ve had so many drinks here made incorrectly even for a simple request as NO ICE. Why would I want to have a coffee that’s watered down. Idk. Trash customer service to be honest

This worst Starbucks, I purchased a coffee and, when they gave me the coffee I was sitting on a chair a Nestor ( very unprofessional) told to stand up because they were closing, I asked can I finish my coffee that I bought 3 minutes before and told me no, then I said if you are in a restaurant and the give you the food will they kick you out ? his answer was as you can see this is not a restaurant, this ungrateful human been should get fired, there is a lot of people that will appreciate having a job.nnI will escalate this to corporate because this type of behavior will harm Starbuck company

All ways to get your expensive coffee on but if you're ever in the mood this place has excellent drive-thru service do you do 853 minutes in line and that's when they're really crowded so it's one of the most efficient drive through that I see and they're covered compliance
