Rude tellers. Need to bump up customer experience
Lissette Guerra is definitely one of the best employees, she is super helpful and great! Helped me open my first debit card and credit card and gave me great advice. Thank you!!
Horrible experience here that the branch manager just covered up. Two tellers (Andres and Michelle) that need to be reprimanded and absolutely no accountability. Andres allowed for a customer to skip a long line of customers that were waiting for over 15 minutes. Michelle has an attitude problem and incorrectly entered my husband’s check information during a deposit. Positive reviews must be from the branch staff and their friends and families to boost their poor ratings.
Los empleados son un desastre, perdieron mi cita y me dijeron que la tenia el dia anterior, cordine otra cita y me llamaron a mi celular para decirme que no me podian ayudar con mi cuenta de negocios. Fui hoy a otra oficina de chase y me resolvieron todos mis problemas en 30 minutos. Mas nunca vuelvo a este chase.nnI went to this location to open a business account. The lady lost my appointment and told me it was for the day before. I made anew appointment online to dont deal with that lady. They call me asking me question about my business and told me she couldn't help me. She told me to go to a different bank. Today i went to a diffent location and i did everything i needed it in 30 minutes. This people are lazy and should get fired today
They DON’T care that there is a long line, they don’t care we complain, they simply don’t care. We’d better try to find other bank .There are 11 people ahead of me...one single cashier.
