Bank has implemented the virtual queue for services but if you know the staff just walk right on in and they’ll help you!! I registered @ 10:23 (1st in line via queue) and 2 minutes after me a gentleman came in and sat down in waiting area. I was in line to make a deposit. I overheard him making small talk with the rep while she was helping a customer which had been there already. After my deposit I stepped outside to be courteous with keeping apart. I came in 15 mins later and that gentleman was being helped. Smh!!!nIf that wasn’t enough to tolerate the person that came in after him and sat down in the waiting are also was helped before me.

Terrible service!!!! Never again going to this location. Waited 35 minutes to get a document notarized. (which I was unable to get done because I would be late for work waiting) I understand that people are busy And tending to other customers. They were clearly short staffed, but once one of the employees were done with one person, they went to the back and never came back. Failed to acknowledge the others sitting there to at least assure us that someone will be with us.

Horrible service! They don’t answer the phone for an appointment. After waiting one hour they couldn’t even print a new debit card. We asked for a signature card which apparently they don’t how to do. Now I have to go to another branch. Hopefully we can get this solved asap.

Your actual balance is showed on top and your ledger balance is illegible. And they do not explain when opening the account that the debit card can be used 5 time a day to a balance you think you have... only for a maximum of $175 overdraft fees per day... while it seems you have money in the bank... shame on TD and happy for the $70 million dollar settlement but they are still doing this and today to me. I tried to put ZERO stars.
