MegaJump Doral Trampoline Park and Laser Tag

We celebrated my son’s birthday and we had a very poor service, the person that was doing the party check in was dividing himself answering the phone, going to the other counter to check temperatures and doing a lot more as a result my guests had less time to play. I had guests that arrived a little late and HAD their waivers done and had to wait like 10 minutes because we didn’t have any attention. The party’s host was late with the food because was in the cafeteria talking orderings and charging other customers. I was obligated to paid 20% for services that I didn’t get.

I just had my sons birthday party there. The foam pits smelled dirty. Place was not properly sanitized at all. It smelled like a dirty gym locker room. Poor customer service. Poor etiquette treating kids that just want to have a good time. Hidden fees everywhere!!! Overcharged for pizza and soda. One of my guests arrived late and couldn’t jump after being on my guest list. Staff is full of young kids that are rude, Javier especially. He threatened to charge my card an extra fee for cleaning up the room that the kids were playing in because they didn’t leave exactly when he said. What started out as a good time could have easily went sideways with slick remarks from the young kid named Javier. This place is not worth the money and if you want to spend your money anywhere, you would at least expect to be treated fairly. I would not recommend anyone to go here. For the price and the experience, totally not worth it. I wouldn’t go again even if I had a free pass!!

all excellent! the activities are a lot of fun for everyone and the place is also excellent... we had a great time, super recommended!

Absolutely love this place, went for the first time last week and we’ve been back 3 times! My daughter loves it very much
