They are good people and will not sell you something that you have to worry about if it's gonna work properly, the man wouldn't sell a refrigerator due to the fact it didn't get cold enough for him, to me that says a lot about him and his way of doing business. Did buy a nice stove and refrigerator from them, and will definitely buy my next stove and refrigerator from them.

Very good customer service and appliances to choose from. I bought a jewelry box from here that looks almost identical to the one I had as a child.

Terrible customer service. I can't review Johnny's actual repair work because he refused to pull the dishwasher out himself but rather told my warranty company that I needed to hire a carpenter to get him access. I pulled the dishwasher out for him myself while he sat in my driveway, but he drove off without doing the repair & then refused to answer his phone because he had already been paid. The ladies at Big Bill's Appliance Repair took excellent care of my dishwasher & didn't even ask me to pull it out for them. Don't waste your time or money on Thigpen!
