It’s alright the beach isn’t what I expected

This beach is technically part of Lovers Key State Park. There is a self-service pay box with the entrance fee being $2/person and a tag you hang on your rear-view mirror. There are porta-potties and trash cans near the entrance. Nice sandy beach with some sea shells. Closer to the bridge and when you go a bit deeper in the water there is a fair amount of muck/algae that can get unpleasant. Signs are up regarding rip currents and no swimming being allowed.

Great beach! Especially for beaching a boat and hanging out. Lots of wildlife!
