I hired Fred Jannino to do some painting at my home in Naples. He provided an excellent price, was on time, and handled the project very proficiently. Work included: painting entire interior of the home, stripping wallpaper in two rooms prior to painting, painting kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities, as well as painting my front , bahama shutters , and staining exterior decking and fencing. We used Fred to paint the interior of our rental property which entailed some wall repair needed from water leak. We also had him paint the front door and shutters to freshen up the exterior instead of going for a full house paint job and that did the trick in making it look 100% better. Hired Fred Jannino of Jannino Painting and Design for a few small jobs (painting great room ceiling, new barn doors, a new built-in) as well as kitchen cabinet and a vanity! Great prices and overall job! I did like that his wife suggested different finishes than the ones I chose, as it made doors and cabinets feel more high end and more durable).nnI also liked that he, the owner, was the only person in my home. He came for estimate promptly and was able to schedule within days of our agreement. I called several of his clients on his reference sheet and one woman said he was the ONLY contractor she trusted to be in her home when she wasn’t there. Very highly praised by all. I hired Fred to paint my mom's kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, a foyer, and exterior lanai area in her rental home in Naples, Florida. Fred was very cordial, offered a spectacular price that included paints, did a great job with each project he was given, and finished when he had promised. I called a couple of his previous clients who raved about his services and trustworthiness. After talking with them I felt comfortable enough to entrust him with the project at hand without having to wait around until he completed as I had to get back to New Jersey. His wife also sent me some color options for the cabinets which helped in my decision making with regard to cabinetry paint colors and lanai floor color paint. Once he was done he cleaned up his work area, sent me some pics, and I sent him his final payment with his PayPal option. He locked and secured the home and all was good! I'll hire him again in a second. Very happy with the overall project. Two thumbs up. You'll be very happy if you hire him for your project.
