You'll have the choice of paved or dirt trails which rate EZ with well maintained grounds, moderate grades, and lots of visibility. All surrounded by the beauty of the Rio Grande River and aquifer ditches, statuesque Cottonwoods, local wildlife, and surprise chainsaw artistry along the path. So lace up, bring your bike, invite a friend and check out the changing colors of fall this year. 😃

Perfect for the hot summer days! The water feels so good and cool. It is pretty shallow and the sand is soft and smooth. Other families kept their distance and so did we. It was mine and my daughters first time and we fell in love with our beautiful Rio Grande River ❤ Can't wait to go again soon!!! 👍

Gateway to bosque bike path and trails going north and south. Must park either on Rio Grande at the Montaño bridge or the Pueblo Montaño Picnic Area near Coors.

It was nice and fresh in the morning and late evening pretty scenery

Great trail! Bur I can't find a time of day when it is not crowded!
