We sought the assistance of Sargent’s because we got sunscreen on our brand new leather seats. We were fully prepared to have the leather replaced, and took our vehicle in to get a quote from Jim. Jim told us that he wanted to try and clean it up first. Thankfully what he did worked and we did not have to replace the leather! Jim refused to take payment for the few minutes of wiping and cleaner he put on the leather in our vehicle. We were very appreciative of the fact that he didn’t try to make us replace and pay for something we didn’t need. Jim was very professional and personable, from the phone conversation I had with him to the experience my boyfriend had with him at the business. We will definitely return to Sargent Upholstery for future needs and we highly recommend their services. Thank you Jim, for your help and saving my sanity!!

They were very helpful and did not give me the runaround at all. They gave me a quote on what I needed and we're very nice and pleasant to talk with. When I decide to get something done on my motorcycle I will be reaching out to them again. They seemed really great.
