Probably the best set of tires I’ve ever driven on. I purchased a full set of 4 Goodyear Assurance WeatherReady tires. Comfortable, quiet, and great traction in all conditions especially in the rain. But even with an appointment, the process took a very long time. I was told it would take about an hour. I had other appointments set for the day and had to reschedule some because the tire installation took so long. Also they tried upselling me on other services when they knew I was in a rush to get out of there. Great tires but no so great service.
This place is terrible. I came here to fix my tire and they wanted me to pay 1600 to replace all 4 tires. I worked for a tire place and the tire has a fix, they just wanted me to break the bank. I spend 2 hours here for that stupid explanation, I would not recommend this place.
I really liked this shop when Bill was there. At that time I would have given a positive review with 5 stars. I just tried to drop off my truck (7:16am), but they were closed. It seems they changed their hours since my last service. It was 7am to 6pm, but now it is 8am to 5pm, coincidentally my work hours too. Very poor business decision if you were to ask me as many downtown workers have similar work hours.
What wonderful employees! Dave is always extremely helpful. They always exceed my expectations when it comes to my ud83dude97. Keep me updated on required service. Thank you to all of the employees!
Service was slow but that's ok. Did you know they fix flats for free!!!!
