I recently moved to Logan, Utah and because I had used Big O Tires back in Ca. my wife and I wished to establish a relationship with a local Big O Tires. I found what we were searching for and am very happy with the service I received. I bought new tires for our Jeep and had a four wheel drive alignment. Also had my brake fluid flushed. The staff was great, especially Jon and Alex who took care of my needs. I never felt any pressure from these two to purchase anything. Will I go back -most definitely and I will be happy to recommend this establishment to others.

Great place to go for tires and brakes if you're more price conscious. You might think that your sacrificing quality in your experience by paying a lower price, but the turn around time, explanations, and service I received outclassed what I've received from other tire places in the past! I'm sure to return.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at Big O in Providence today was amazing. A few months ago I had my alignment done at another Big O location out of state while I was traveling. Turns out that they had made some mistakes and didn't complete the work properly and because of their mistake, while I was on another road trip, my alignment went out badly and my 2 front tires were severely damaged. Jon contacted the Warranty company and got a new alignment paid for, as well as tracking down the other store that made the mistake and worked with them to replace my tires. He spent a large portion of the afternoon working on all these issues and coordinating with all the necessary parties. In the end, I got my tires replaced all the necessary repairs made and I feel like I am driving a new truck. If everyone treated customers like Jon treated me the world would be a very different place. I can't recommend Jon and team at Big O enough.
