Very pleased with the individualized attention in this branch. Amanda Snow, the manager, is very capable and caring and does wonderful work as well as brightening up the place. She has very capable bankers working with her as well. Tellers also very personable, knowledgeable, and accurate and after a visit or two they remember your name. Very convenient downtown location near the river. Why go to the other banks in town when you have a Wells Fargo this good?!!
I came in to replace a temporary debit card. Amanda Snow greeted me, and offered to replace it. She was so patient, welcoming and pleasant to speak to. There was a system error so I needed to wait for another banker, and she always checked up on us to ensure he would be coming. Manyor arrived soon after and was extremely helpful by answering all the questions I had. Thank you two so much for your help!
I currently just left Wells Fargo and I had a banker Mr. Caves. He is honestly the most unhelpful person I have worked with in the 8 years of being with Wells Fargo. He made me feel like I was wasting his time and did not help me resolve the problem that I am having. I am contemplating on closing my accounts because the lack of customer service.
This building is a really nice place for business. This building is much better than its sister building in McAllen, Texas.
Dysfunctional company. My call got transferred 4 times, including at least two mis-directed ones, and then they said they don’t do some of the most common lending
