So far and probably forever, I will only go to Discount Tire and Automotive. I use to go to the DT in Salt lake, but when I moved up to Cache Valley, I had not reached out to this facility. Man..Far out! Great place, very home setting. I felt like I had come to someones professional home. Nice reading material for all sorts, Leather couch, tables with nice chairs, very courteous staff and someone was always cleaning! Wonderful!! I am happy we stopped there. Thank you.

Excellent shop. Tyler and Trey were both very polite and treated me with respect. Tyler was very patient as I struggled to get the information I needed when I first arrived. Trey came and apologized for my long wait. It's much more important to me that they acknowledge that I'm waiting and be kind than I get in and out quickly. They were busy (likely because they draw in so much business with their good service). I highly recommend this shop!

Came to this store thinking they were the nationwide tire store named "discount tire" because they are where I bought my tires from and they did roadside and rotate for free. As I was on vacation and had a flat, I needed this done in a timely manner. The store technician informed me that they weren't that nationwide store, they were owned by tire pros. I told him I would prefer to go to the other store as they would do it for free, but the closest store was an hour away. The technician said he would squeeze me in, and do it for free. I highly recommend anyone in the area to go to this store, top notch people here. If I can't pay for my $15 service, I might as well leave you a good review. They tried to ripoff my wife by asking for $800 for a tire set, which is well worth under $400 at any other tire store. It’s disgusting that a company would try to target women and take advantage of them financially. Don’t go here.

What I was expecting was not at all what I got at discount tire. The belt had nearly come completely off my tire on my way home from work so I needed a fix asap and headed in. The level of service and quality that I received was on a par I didn't know existed. I walked away with some great all season tires, the works as far as extras (roadside and warranty), and all within my budget. The tires are killer and really push the look I was going for. Can't wait for my next ones! Thanks for the win!
