Third time in a row that I've called an hour in advance for a change order only to arrive and have all of the tellers (and Managers!) look at each other dumbfounded. Another 45 minutes later and I'm still waiting. Vagrants and bums outside, police desk inside tells you everything you need to know. DO NOT COME HERE.
8/3/2020 Terrible customer service I received at drive thru...The Mgr. Mr.Brett Hill was a kind gentlemen who Would not identify The unprofessional Teller by name...Just because I wanted to make a complaint. How do you complain against someone .when the bank hides their identify. Wells Fargo has the funds for #CVS MONEY ORDERS IN THE BANK...BUT REFUSE TO CASH MONEY ORDERS WITH WELLS FARGO NORTH AMERICA PRINTED CLEARLY ON CHECK....YOU CAN CASH M.O FOR. THIRD PARTY CHECK CASH COMPANY BUT NOT AND ORDINARY CITIZEN...THAT IS TRULY A FARCE A RACKETEER SCHEME TO CHARGE. 5%.... #WELLSFARGO IS Allowing customers to loose 5% of there M.O. Issued by #CVS
