I was the victim of a card skimmer. I waited for 33 minutes on the phone to resolve yesterday. So today I decided to walk in to replace my debit card. There was no wait as I went to the teller. She was very nice but no name tag so I couldn’t thank her by name but I’m happy to be back in business! Will just go to the branch when I have problems from now on.

After having a discussion with branch manager she straightened it out my thanks to her and to the teller just because theres a difference in the ink doesnt mean all the checks are invalid hes a newby i guess. Thanks again to management...

This was an amazing experience, branch manager Stellar went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. In addition to her there were 2 or 3 other workers one being another manager Sharon that were very sweet at the car sale and allowed me to walk away with a deal of my life for my new 2014 Ford Edge. Update: I was quoted for an extended warranty and told that the price wouldn't change until my vehicle reached 36k miles. After playing phone tag and going back into the branch, I was told a totally different price. I was the one who figured out from looking at the paper that the price changed due to my mileage changed. She acted as if she was still lost and I had to pay the price for her lack of knowledge of their products. No apology was given. My car payment went up $51 due to their worker's mistake. Since this issue in October, I refuse to visit this branch!nnI absolutely love Community First Credit Union! I've had several interactions with Mrs. Stella Wilson and they've all been nothing short of amazing. She's very informative and doesn't hesitate to help you. Being new to having to get an auto loan last year, I had lots of questions and Mrs. Wilson provided me with better insight on what the process entailed. I'm so thankful for my friend referring me to Community First Credit Union that I sent my mom, sister, and two friends. Go see Mrs. Stella!
