The last two times I’ve gone there I get a check engine light shortly after. First time I let it slide, second? I smell scam. Vacuum hose unplugged both times. You don’t need to mess with the vacuum system to change oil! Additionally there was some plastic left on my engine to put up some lovely smoke along with oil spilled on the engine. Had to get some needle nose pliers to get the plastic.. it was hidden pretty good

I had an excellent experience with Jiffy Lube on South Main Street in Logan, Utah this week. Having an older car with a check engine light I decided to go for the highest grade oil. I asked if they used Groupon and indeed they did so I found a great deal to lower the cost. When I tried to use the Groupon there was an issue with it coming through. They were very patient with me and allowed me to come back later to settle up. Hours later the Groupon came through and all was well. Kenny at Jiffy Lube was also very helpful in directing me to find solutions and resources to get my check engine sensor addressed. I am from out of town so I really appreciated the extra time he spent with me to figure things out. This is a good, honest shop with excellent customer service. Thanks, Patti McBride
